Schedule For Saturday

7:00 AM All host volunteers arrive and set up sites.

7:30 AM – 9:00 AM All Boy Scout teams arrive and check-in.

8:45 AM - 9:00 AM All Webelos teams arrive and report directly to the Arena for the Opening Ceremonies.

9:10 AM All Host Site flag bearers and torch relay participants report to Olympic Village Gateway and Inukshuk Square.

9:00 AM - 9:15 AM Opening Ceremonies at the Arena.

9:15 AM Boy Scouts begin Derby.

9:15 AM Webelos Scout team check-in begins.

12:00 Noon - 12:30 PM All host sites closed for lunch.

2:00 PM All Webelos Scout teams turn in score cards and report to the Fire Building Challenge.

3:00 PM All Boy Scout teams must report back in.

3:15 PM Closing Ceremonies. The winner's National Anthem will be played at the closing. Please make sure you have a copy on a memory stick or iPod. (Otherwise your team will have to sing it!)

4:00 PM All participants should be packed up and out of the park..
